Customer service is not a lost art after all. The proprietor went out of his way to help us find a seafood restaurant and even extended our check-out time unexpectedly.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially visiting the Aquarium of the Pacific, which was so much fun for all of us! The hotel felt convenient for stopping over and getting to attractions. There was enough space for our family in the room.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site. A playground or pool would have been great!

Nice spot for travelers
Stayed here before heading out on a cruise. The location was key, super close to the cruise terminal. Clean and cozy rooms made it easy to relax. Lots of good food options nearby. A steakhouse right on site. Only downside? Shared bathrooms can be a bit tricky during busy times.

Perfect spot before our cruise. We visited the Aquarium of the Pacific and enjoyed some great meals nearby. The staff were friendly and made sure our room was clean and comfortable. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance made things easy.
One issue was a mix-up with a towel charge after we left, but the manager sorted it out quickly, so no major harm done.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Aquarium of the Pacific, which was a hit with my kids! The queen room was spacious enough for my family of four and had a nice view.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could use a deep clean. A family-friendly activity area would be a great addition for kids.

The service provided by Jason was extraordinary, making me feel welcomed and at ease during a tough time. The location was excellent, with nearby restaurants, mini-marts, and a park across the street to enjoy.
The amenities could use improvement, especially regarding room updates.

The staff was really helpful when I asked to switch rooms because mine was noisy, and the new one was super comfy with a microwave and blow dryer. I loved kicking back by the pool and enjoying some quiet time in the garden area. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tight, so come early! 😊
